Provides two bi-lingual and free yoga classes per week, to children ages 0-5 and their family regardless of income level. Healthy snacks are provided at the end of each session. Children benefit from yoga the same way that they benefit from other forms of physical exercise. Research proves that yoga improves children’s concentration and attention span; teaches them to calm themselves in challenging situations; and gives them a healthy way to release stress, anger, fear and sadness.
