Free Smoke Alarms

Through a partnership with local fire districts, FIRST 5 Mendocino provides free smoke alarms with a 10 year lithium battery for families with young children.

If you have children ages 0-5 and your home does not have smoke alarms in every bedroom, please contact us.

We will take your information (name, phone number, address, number of floors, and number of bedrooms) and either contact your local fire department who will then make an appointment to install free smoke alarms in your home or we will send the smoke alarms directly to your house!
